Seek support for your club or association through funds
Some funds have an application form that you fill out in order to seek support for your club or association, which is often designed as a PDF or an online form. For the funds that do not have an application form, you must prepare your application yourself and send it by email to the fund. The application and its design depends on what association you have and what kind of support you need, so read carefully what it is for a fund and whether/how they can help your association.
Not all funds have a requirement for how the form should be completed, and here you have to be a little creative with the design of it. Below are points that are good to follow when designing an application.
- The problem and how to solve it: Here you will describe what problems your association is facing and what solutions you have planned for the support to help.
- The target group as the aid helps: Describe who is benefiting from the aid.
- Time frame: Describe how, where and when the effort is in goal. Also describe who performs and organize the effort. Please describe your goals and milestones.
- Potential and risk: It is a good idea to describe what the strengths and weaknesses of the support are, including the risk factors.
- Procedure: Describe what you have done in the past; it is a new or superstructure on an old solution and describe which methods are behind or possibly what methods should be developed.
- Price: Here is a description of how many funds are being sought and what they are for. It is also a good idea to include the overall economy of the association where the aid is included. Please note that some funds have an estimated application deadline before submitting the application in vain.
